Prep for Phase 2
We are on track to complete the water facility and anticipate testing and certification to come by the end of October. We are still waiting on key components to arrive for finishing the building of the water filtration system. Perimeter security fencing has been ordered along with the landscaping materials. They are to be installed around the water facility lot.
Vertical construction is going well for all the homes. Lot 7 is on track to be completed end of October or beginning of November. Lots 11, 24, and 4 should be completed soon after. We are waiting on framing inspections to start the sheet rock installation with flooring to follow. Phase 2 is close to having all permits ready so we can start moving dirt. Once it is moved and the roads are cut, water line installation will follow.
