Sewer Installation
Even with some unexpected weather issues, we remain on track with our construction schedule. All the manholes are installed and we are now working on the last section of sewer lines, as well as the sewer lift station. The clubhouse and home build designs have been submitted to the city for approval, and our next steps are to start the interior design and select finish levels, such as flooring, cabinets, paint colors, and more.
