Concrete Gutters
Mass Grading is complete and storm installation is 90% complete. The sewer installation is ~100% complete and has passed a pressure test as well as the Camera review. Curb and Gutter are 80% installed. Work in the Right of Way is to commence later this month. We are awaiting on the Georgia DOT to approve our traffic control plans as the work will necessitate closure of one lane of traffic along Tara Boulevard for two days.
We have received Georgia Power’s layout and design and are incorporating it into the site layout and have started planning fiberoptic lines. We are finalizing the façade design and will submit the building permits for the first two buildings the first week of October with the hope of pouring slabs for the first three buildings in November.
