Progress Update
Progress at Cecile Ct has been going well. Lot 5 is nearly complete, and we anticipate that we’ll be receiving a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) within two weeks. After that, we plan to list the home for sale on the MLS.
Lot 2 has been receiving lots of interior work and will be receiving sheetrock this week. In other news, the city has asked us to install an additional section of fence along the South edge of the detention pond.
