We've Got Paving!
Storm installation is complete. The sewer installation is ~100% complete and passed a pressure test as well as the Camera review. Curb and Gutter are 90% installed. Work in the Right of Way is underway, the sewer tap has been made, and the acceleration and deceleration lanes in and out of the subdivision are under construction. The base layer of the paving is complete.
We have received Georgia Power’s layout and design and are incorporating it into the site layout and have started on the fiberoptic layout and design. We are still finalizing the façade design and will submit the building permits for the first two buildings the first week of November with the hope of pouring slabs for the first three buildings in December based on receipt of building permits.
