Model Home Complete!
The water facility is still on track to be completed and tested by the end of October. Security fencing and landscaping around the building are being designed and will be installed before the end of October. The majority of horizontal construction for phase 1 is complete
Vertical construction continues to move forward. The Model Home is 99% complete. We are only waiting on the water facility to be complete so we can get the certificate of occupancy for the home. Four homes have passed framing inspection and insulation installation has begun. Flooring materials are ordered and scheduled for installation. Five homes are close to be ready for their framing inspections and we started 2 more lots. Saddlehorn Ranch participated in the Parade of Homes and you can see our Model Home featured as #15.
We expect to receive final approval to start rough grading on phase 2 this week (ending 9/30). Utilities are working on drawings so we can get added to the construction schedule
