Phase 1 Update

Nearly complete with the horizontal development of phase 1. Curb and gutter have been poured and vertical development should be approved in the next week. Then, we'll submit the plat for approval and recording.

The home floor plans for Holly Anne are nearly complete. We received the last set of revisions this past week and have received bids from multiple contractors and are close to choosing one. Additionally, the clubhouse floor plan concept has been completed and we're beginning on its elevation design.

One issue we faced this month was that the turn lane into the subdivision had a power pole in the middle that needed to be removed, but we were able to worked through that process and get it done efficiently.

Phase 2 Updates

We're excited that Phase 2 has been moving along quickly this month. We have started laying sewer pipe and water pipes and have been doing some mass grading.
