Installations Almost Complete
The creek crossing is complete after 16 loads of stone were brought in to stabilize the creek bed. Mass Grading is 90% complete, storm installation is 90% complete, sewers are 90% complete, and water and fire are 70% complete. Additionally, the building pads are being graded and put on finished floor elevations, and final house layout plans are in development and will be staked. The easement with our electricity provider has been executed and the conduit for their lines has been installed within the creek crossing. Curb and Gutter are scheduled for the beginning of October.
