Progress Update
Lot 5 is nearly complete. Punchlist items like stucco repairs and landscaping have been completed. Our realtor is conducting a broker tour to allow local realtors to view the new home. We expect this home to move quickly.
Lot 2 has been drywalled. The home will be painted soon and the custom cabinets are in the process of being manufactured.

We are waiting to receive more updated progress photos. Lot 5 should have some professional photos soon as it is being marketed for sale.
