Water and Wells
Final components for the filtration system on the water facility are being built and should be delivered to site within the next couple of weeks. The assembly on site should take another couple weeks. We should be testing the water facility by the 1st or 2nd week of December. We will be firing up the two wells in the 1st week of November to start pumping water. The security fence has been ordered for the water facility lot and installation will happen in November. Water meters for homes have started arriving at the management office.
For phase 1, five homes are nearing completion in November pending the water facility completion and certification. The other nine active homes continue to move forward with construction.
For phase 2, overlot grading is currently in process and we anticipate to start laying water lines the 1st week of November. Electric and gas utility companies are actively working on construction drawings for approval so we can install utilities after water lines are complete.
