Preparing for Permits
Work in the Right of Way is underway, the sewer tap has been made, and they acceleration lanes and deceleration lanes are under construction. The sewer installation is ~100% complete and passed a pressure test as well as the Camera review. These test results have been provided to Clayton County Sewer Authority. Curb and Gutter are 90% installed. The power layout and design are incorporated into the site layout and have started fiber on their layout and design.
We are finalizing the MEP design and will submit the building permits for the first two buildings the first week of December with the hope of pouring slabs for the first three buildings once the Vertical financing is in place.
