Phase 1 Update
Despite unusually excessive rainfall, we still reached the mark we desired. The road and cul de sac were blacktopped. The yards along the main road have substantially been repaired as required and the striping will soon be finished.
Riprap has been placed around two of the head walls and sod will be placed around the remaining head walls. Seed and straw have been placed per erosion control measures. Wattles and silt fences have been installed or repaired where necessary. ADA ramps were installed along with meter boxes and transformer boxes.
The Engineering survey is completed and pending a final inspection we anticipate final county approval beginning of Q3. The title opinion, letter, and HOA documents have been sent to engineering. We are ready to submit to county for final approval of phase 1 Plat.
Phase 2 Updates
Work continues into phase 2, where we anticipate having the road completed and passed within Q4. This will allow us to get power drawing all the way back to the pump station, which is supposed to be done Q3.
