Installations Almost Complete
The creek crossing is complete and the conduit for electric and low voltage are in place. We had to haul in approximately 4,000 cubic yards of soil and are still looking for additional soil to bring lots 1-7 up to grade. We are working with our Engineer in an attempt to lower that portion of the site to save costs. Lots 8-52 are on grade and ready for curb and gutter to be installed in early November. We have submitted the Building Permits for the first two “Model Permits”and we are awaiting feedback from Newton County.
