Phase 2 Has Officially Begun
There have been some delays with completing the water systems while we conduct some extra testing to ensure proper operation. We are waiting for the main control panel for the filtration system to finish testing and expect it to be delivered in December for installation. We are moving our drone video updates to quarterly instead of monthly.
For phase 1, once installation is complete for the water filtration system, we can move forward with testing for certification. We will then be able to get certificates of occupancy for the homes that are built. Vertical construction continues to move forward.
For phase 2, we have started cutting in the roadway and will be done laying water lines by mid-December. We expect dry utility installation to start Q1 of 2023.
