Lots of Dirt
We ended up hauling in approximately 500 truckloads of dirt to bring lots 1-7 up to grade. Additionally, we lowered the Cul-de-Sac by two feet to prevent additional haul in. The creek crossing is complete and the conduit for electric and low voltage are in place. Lots 8-52 are ready for curb and gutter to be installed in the next two weeks.
We have received the first round of comments to the Building Permits for the first two “Model Permits” and have addressed those comments and resubmitted.
