Right of Way Right on Track
Work in the Right of Way is complete other than the topper, we are awaiting warmer weather so that the Asphalt plant reopens. The base layer of the paving is complete in all areas other than the entrance which will be completed simultaneously with the ROW improvements.
The ”Bio-swales” are installed in lieu of retaining walls and work to install bio materials in the lower pond to begin January. Power conduit is in place and we are waiting on transformer installation by others. Façade design is complete and we are making color selections. We will re-submit the building permits for the first two buildings in January with the hope of pouring slabs for the first three buildings based on receipt of building permits.
