Water Pump Running
We had some obstacles to getting the water pump complete but it is now finished and running. We are just waiting to get it certified, which should be happening February 2023. Phase 1 exterior work is moving along nicely. Phase 2 continues to progress in horizontal work. We expect to have an early grading permit for phase 3 in Q1 2023. Lastly, we have narrowed down the church concept plan that will be built in the community. This includes the floor plan and site plan. We are receiving estimates from our architect for construction drawings.
