Right of Way Right on Track
The sewer installation is ~100% complete and passed a pressure test as well as the Camera review. These test results have been provided to Clayton County Sewer Authority. Curb and Gutter are 95% installed. The ”Bio-swales” are complete and have passed inspection. We have obtained term sheets for multiple lenders and are working to transfer the loan to a construction lender over the next 30 days.
