A Little Rain Never Hurt
The month of January has been extremely wet in Georgia and we have lost much of the month to repairing damage from the storms and waiting for the site to dry out . However, during the delays we have received the building permits for the two Model Homes.
Lots 8-52 are on grade and curb and gutter are 90% complete. The base layer for the roads is scheduled for the first week of February, weather permitting. Newton County Sewer and Water made their 16” tap and the Water system has passed all camera and pressure tests required. ROW work to begin in early February once we have warmer weather conditions.
