Water Infrastructure Approved
This month, the state of Colorado approved our water infrastructure, allowing us to move forward in receiving certificates of occupancy on the homes that we're building. Filings 1 and 2 are under construction and we have been meeting with the city, as well as our planner and engineer to keep the entitlement process moving forward on Filings 3, 4, and 5. Filing 2's grading is now complete, along with the water pipes, and we are now preparing to install dry utilities.
