Ready for Vertical
The Right of Way work and construction entrance are complete. The site is ready for vertical construction. The sewer installation is ~100% complete and passed a pressure test as well as the camera review. These test results have been provided to Clayton County Sewer Authority. Curb and Gutter are 99% installed.
The “Bio-swales” are complete and have passed inspection. The “As-Built” survey is underway and will be submitted to Clayton County in early March. Upon approval, we can submit the Building Permits for review.
