Covington Creek February 2023

The month of February has been wet but warm and made substantial progress on the horizontal improvement.

Covington Creek Phase I

Curb and Gutter on installed throughout the project and the base layer of the paving began on 2/28/23. Binder will go down the next 3-day period with no rain. The Right of Way work and final grading for lots 1-7 will continue through March. The model permit lots cleared inspection on 2/28 and the forms and plumbing will begin in early March.

Covington Creek Phase II

With LDP in hand, clearing and erosion control began 2/21/23. The construction entrance is in and upon completion of the temporary erosion control pond installation, mass grading will begin.
