Ready for Vertical
This month, we submitted plans for all of the homes and are now awaiting approval so we can begin construction on the vertical build. All the curbs and gutters are now installed, as well as the base road, so we are ready to start vertical construction as soon as the city permits.
Additionally, the “Bio-swales” are complete and have passed inspection. The “As-Built” survey is underway and will be submitted to Clayton County in early March. Upon approval, we can submit the Building Permits for review.
The contract is signed and the Building Permits are submitted for Buildings 1, 2 and 9. Plans for buildings 3 through 6 will be ready for submittal on 5/1/23.
