Progress Update
Saddlehorn Ranch located on 825 acres of land divided into 218 lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. These new homes range from 3,400 sq ft. to 5,500 sq ft. The project is divided into five different phases or filings.
The first phase is nearly complete, with homes already built on twelve lots. The water facility that will serve all phases of the development is located within this first phase and is scheduled to receive its Certificate of Occupancy in April. The second phase is in the final stages of County approval with its final plat approval expected in the next 4-6 weeks. Phases 3-5 are expected to follow shortly after the second phase's approval.
