Covington Creek Phase I
We successfully received permits to build the first two homes in phase 1 and are excited to close on the vertical construction loan for the homes. Curb and Gutter on installed throughout the project and the base layer of the paving has been installed for lots 8-52. The Right of Way work and final grading for lots 1-7 will continue through April. The model permit lots cleared inspection on 2/28 and the form boards and permits are on site. Slabs are to be installed the first week of April.
Covington Creek Phase II
Clearing trees and vegetation and temporary erosion control measures are 90% complete. The construction entrance is in and upon completion of the temporary erosion control pond installation, mass grading will begin.
