Progress Update
We are working with a green energy consultant on the design of the townhomes, so we can receive a National Green Building System (NGBS) certification. We've also re-submitted Tara Creek's plans to the city for the building permits and we expect to receive the building permit next month.
We also installed a security fence to protect the site from any potential theft during the vertical construction phase.
