Progress Update
Saddlehorn Ranch located on 825 acres of land divided into 218 lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. These new homes range from 3,400 sq ft. to 5,500 sq ft. The project is divided into five different phases or filings.
The first filing already has twelve homes constructed--all due to be sold or under contract within the next four to six weeks. In May, the County will review the final plat submittal of Filing 2 and early grading will start for Filings 3 and 4.
