Progress Update
Horizontal Construction is complete at Tara Creek. Vertical construction is awaiting financing and final building plan approval.
Clayton County has provided a comment stating that they want the Brick we have shown on the elevations to move from the sides of the buildings to the front. Southeast Design is updating their renderings and we plan to resubmit by July 15th. We have passed Fire and MEP review.
