Progress Update
We've installed drywall in the two model homes, as well as the exterior weather barrier on the other homes to prevent water damage.
On the remaining homes, we have been working through the platting process. Once the plats have been approved and recorded we can get building permits for the remainder of the homes. Our general contractor has been gathering competetive bids from various subcontractors for the first two tranches of homes.
