Progress Update
Saddlehorn Ranch is located on 825 acres of land divided into 218 lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. These new homes range from 3,400 sq ft. to 5,500 sq. ft. The project is divided into five different phases (or filings).
The first filing already has twelve homes constructed with more currently under construction. We are holding an open house for prospective buyers on July 16 who will consider purchasing a lot or a completed home. The County has approved the final plat for the second filing so those lots are now also available for purchase. The plat for the third filing is currently under county review.
