Progress Update
We have made substantial progress in May and June. The right of way work is complete for Covington Creek 1 and the Final Plat has been resubmitted.
Curb and Gutter are installed throughout the project and the binder is down throughout. The final grading and paving for lots 1-7 will continue through July. The model units are fully dried in and flooring and fixtures will progress through July. Slabs for the next 10 lots are to be installed as soon as the Final Plat is released. Master landscape plan is complete and submitted to Newton County for review and approval.
