Progress Update
Saddlehorn Ranch is located on 825 acres of land divided into 218 lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. These new homes range from 3,400 sq ft. to 5,500 sq. ft. The project is divided into five different phases (or filings).
Phase 1 has 17 homes that are built with some finished and others close behind. On July 16, we held a special grand opening event for interested buyers. They were able to walk through the homes and speak to realtor partners and home builders. There was a great turnout of over 200 people!
