Progress Update
Vertical construction is awaiting financing and final building plan approval. Final building permits addressing Brick façade were resubmitted 7/25/23.
We have passed Fire and MEP review. Building Permits for buildings 1, 2, and 9 are expected by mid August. Georgia Power has ordered transformers and installation is expected in August.
