Progress Update
Driveways and Landscaping have been installed on the two model units. Curb and Gutter are installed throughout the project and the binder is down throughout. The final grading and paving for lots 1-7 is complete and we have one additional wall to build before we submit for Final Plat. Slabs for the next 10 lots are to be installed as soon as the Final Plat is released. Master landscape and amenity plans are complete and submitted to Newton County for review and approval. Construction of the mail kiosk and playground to begin in August.
